Incentive and team-building activities are a great way to motivate your staff and promote team bonding during a seminar. Choose Alsace, and choose… geocaching!

Geocaching in a nutshell

Geocaching is played in teams (between 5 and 10 people). Each team has a map, a GPS and a map. The aim is to go to various places of interest and answer the questions on the map. This activity is a good way to explore a town, a site of particular interest, or a vineyard in Alsace for example.

Pascal Garny of Coté Vosges organises geocaching games for businesses. From Colmar to Mulhouse, from the Thann Valley to the Trois Châteaux, all routes can be considered. Regarding the rules or organisation of the game, you can customise everything with Pascal G.: the themes of the questions (nature, gastronomy or questions specific to your business, etc.), the type of ranking system and the rewards to be given out at the end of the trail. Well yes, you do need to motivate your employees!

Geocaching is an activity that’s accessible to all, requiring good collaboration between team members and a bit of strategy. An activity that’s neither too intensive nor too relaxed… the perfect mix!
