The tour includes the hemicycle<\/b> where the members of the European Parliament sit, as well as the Simone Veil Parliamentarium and various exhibitions. It was saved in 1997 by about thirty Alsatian wineries in partnership with Strasbourg\u2019s H\u00f4pital Civil. Winegrowers still age their wines on site in old oak barrels. The cellar also holds the oldest wine in the world still kept in a barrel, dating back to 1472!<\/p>\n
